I received this book in exchange for my honest review.
This is a fun book. I love the layout and how clever the presentation is. Young minds will love this too. Lots to see and take in, great for sharing with a parent or older sibling. Love the diversity gently shown in the illustrations, subtle messages of hope and possibility and all the clever extras to keep readers engaged. This book is geared more to an older readership of picture books, such as the chapter book crowd, or easy/early readers. This would be perfect for special needs readers too. Lots of color in the illustrations and plenty to learn. There’s even challenges for readers to participate in.
The book is large and narrow. Great to sit at the table and look through. Hardcover is the best for keeping the book solidly held onto.
I love this book and plan on keeping it for my clients to enjoy.
