MY THOUGHTS:

I received this book in exchange for my honest opinion.

I’ve started writing this review three times now. After all, how DO you rate Nate? He’s… well, Nate. As I was turning pages, memories of public school flashed through my mind. Man, I loved school back then. It was that great time before high school blew in and destroyed innocence and dreams…

Okay, back to Nate.  There were many pivotal moments that I found myself smiling and laughing out loud at.  Come on, you all from my generation, wait… nevermind.  Why go down THAT road.

I especially loved the “power of Chad.” The dance comics were funny and poor Nate, he never learns.

Then there were the quiz antics.  I remember there was this kid in school that did exactly the same thing that Nate tried to pull off just to get out of writing a quiz.

Remember those class ‘pets’ that the school would get classrooms to give kids a sense of responsibility? Ya right, I still cleaned up the gerbil cage… and the wedgies… omg hahahah.

This book deals with bullying, fitting in, survival as the less than popular kids, friendships, relationships, school, and many more. You’ll love Nate!
